At Beaufort Functional Training we strive to create a fit and healthy community through fitness training and nutrition. Becoming a member is easy, only three steps to follow:
STEP ONE – Take a FREE Introductory Class
During your “Free” intro session you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program, what we do, our workouts, and answer any questions you may have. You will learn some of our basic movements and experience a CrossFit workout! To set up your FREE intro class click HERE.
STEP TWO – Attend our On-Ramp Course
The next step following your intro class is taking our On-Ramp course. During your On-Ramp classes you will learn more fundamental movements and skills that will be needed to safely perform our workouts. You will also learn about scaling workouts, working on mechanics and how to slowly increase intensity.
If you can’t make it to our On-Ramp class, or would like to learn the movements at your own pace, you can schedule a private session. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
STEP THREE – Select a Membership Program
Now that you have completed your On-Ramp Course you can choose a Membership Program that best suits your fitness goals. We have several programs to select from here.
ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH CROSSFIT?
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another affiliate (box) for at least 3 months, you can opt to “test out”. To test out you must be able to perform the 9 Foundational Movements of Crossfit correctly, as well as, the Snatch, KB Swings, Thrusters, and Wall Balls, before attending one of our regular classes.
